ECOLISE People Care Manual

The writing of the first iteration of this Manual has been led by Alicia Stewart-Colvin and Pauliina Helle in 2023. We have drawn from and been heavily inspired by the pioneering work of RadHR in offering non-punitive alternatives to off-the-shelf HR policies and processes, which tend to replicate the structural problems that our type of organisations strive to challenge.

Policies such as RadHR’s Disciplinary Procedure and Culture of Care & Accountability, as well as their guide: How to write a radical grievance or disciplinary procedure have all been instrumental in the development of our work.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude and thanks to the RadHR team for openly sharing their resources and for making this venture possible for us!
