ECOLISE currently has 50 member organisations in 18 EU Member States, plus Albania, Serbia, Switzerland, and the UK. National and regional networks of sustainable community-led initiatives, as well as international networks such as the Transition Network (representing 1,200+ Transition initiatives), the Global Ecovillage Network (15,000 ecovillages), the Permaculture movement (3 million practitioners globally), ICLEI Europe (representing 160+ members in 2,500+ cities, towns and regions), and other specialist organisations that support transformative, community-led action on climate change and sustainability in Europe.
