Operations Manager
Circles: Support, Strategy, Organizational Evolution

Luís has been working for several years as a consultant in impact management, grant management and strategic planning. His mindset was firstly influenced by his studies in Biomedical Engineering, but mainly by his experience in management positions in nonprofits after finishing college, which led him from a more analytical approach to a human centred one. In 2019, deeply inspired by the french Documentary Demain, he coordinated the Portuguese documentary series É p’ra amanhã. One of his main current passions is around Nonviolent Communication, which he has been teaching in Portugal since 2021. He lives in the countryside in Portugal, near Sintra, where he has been learning how to grow vegetables over the last years.
