2023

Reflecting on 2023, ECOLISE marked a pivotal year. Continuing the collaborative journey started in 2022, ECOLISE and its partners developed 10 theses for transformative community-led local development policies, culminating in the launch of the Time for Collective Action Manifesto, a seminal collective effort.
