One of the greatest challenges for local organizers\, community projects is securing the resources needed to turn a vision into reality. Whether it’s starting a community garden\, launching a local energy cooperative\, or funding a legal challenge against environmental damage\, it all costs money.  Crowdfunding offers a democratic alternative\, allowing organizers to raise funds while simultaneously building a base of committed supporters. Join us for this practical\, 90-minute workshop on successful crowdfunding. We will move past the theory and get into the how-to\, providing you with the skills to plan\, launch\, and manage a campaign that resonates with your community. Host: ECON – European Community Organizing Network Speaker:  Aleksandr Voronov – Fundraising and Communications Expert Elena Samoila – Senior Expert in Gender Equality and Community & Corporate Partnerships at Filia Center \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n ECOLISE EVENTS \n \n \n \n \n	\n \n\n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n\n	\n	\n \n Oct \n \n 15 \n	\n\n\n	\n \n \n\n \n \n \n October 15 - November 30	\n	\n \n	\n Join the CHOICE Community of Storytellers	\n\n \n\n \n \n \n	\n\n\n \n\n	\n	\n \n Oct \n \n 23 \n	\n\n\n	\n \n \n\n \n \n \n 10:00 am - 11:30 am	\n	\n\n	\n \n\n	\n	\n	\n\n	\n\n\n \n	\n Community Storytellers Lab: Hands on the stories	\n\n \n\n \n \n \n	\n\n\n \n\n	\n	\n \n Oct \n \n 28 \n	\n\n\n	\n \n \n\n \n \n \n 10:00 am - 11:30 pm	\n	\n\n	\n \n\n	\n	\n	\n\n	\n\n\n \n	\n Housing as a right\, land as a commons	\n\n \n\n \n \n \n	\n\n\n \n\n \n	\n View Calendar	\n\n\n \n	\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Register\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n	\n \n\n	\n	Add to calendar	\n \n	\n\n \n \n \n	Google Calendar\n\n \n	iCalendar\n\n \n	Outlook 365\n\n \n	Outlook Live
